THE RULES - PLEASE take the time to read them!

I trade 1 audio tape for 1 audio tape, 1 video tape for 1 video tape, 2 audio tapes for 1 video tape, and 2 audio tapes for 1 CD - in other words, a typical bootleg takes up 2 90 minute audio tapes so typically I'd expect 2 90 minute audio tapes, or 1 video tape or 1 CD, in return.
I have a pretty demanding schedule most of the time so I will let you know if I think it will take me a while to do copies for you.
If you desperately want something I have but don't have anything from my want list, I will consider trading if you tell me what you have to offer.
If you don't have anything that I'm interested in I might trade for blanks instead but it once again really depends on what my timetable is like at the time.
Please don't get upset with me if I say no to a trade - it will be for a good reason, usually lack of time. I'll probably tell you to come back and try again later - or I may even be able to keep a note of your request and let you know when I'm ready to trade with you.
If you are trading with me please use decent quality tapes, videos and/or CDs, such as TDK, Sony, and Kodak - not cheaper brands that will probably wear out after minimal use. I use good brands so I expect the same in return.
*Please* give me as much info as you possibly can about the recordings you send me - cast details, track lists, dates, the generation of the copy - whatever you know.
I don't mind whether you write information on the tape or CD, send it on a separate piece of paper, or email it to me - as long as I can read it and understand it.
No, I don't do video conversions on request - my method is just way too time consuming for that. The videos I have are only available in the format they are listed in. Please see my conversions page for more information.
Lastly, let me know if you're going to have trouble with a trade after agreeing on it. I don't mind if it takes you a while as long as you let me know. I will do the same for you as I realise that sometimes life just gets in the way of these things and trading isn't always at the top of the priority list. Just keep the communication going and everyone will be happy.
